🔄 What to Expect: My Coaching Process

At the heart of my health and wellness coaching is a structured, compassionate process that empowers you to make sustainable change. Whether your goals involve nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, or energy, I help you build skills — not just short-term fixes.

1. Kick-Off Meetings: Setting the Foundation
​

       In our first two sessions, we’ll dive deep into your wellness vision. These initial sessions are longer and focused on understanding your long-term goals, what has worked for you in the past, and any obstacles that have kept you from reaching those goals.

        Together, we’ll transform your big goals into actionable, behavior-based goals.

 

        This means breaking down those big ideas into smaller skills, which we’ll further split into practices and daily actions that are easy to manage. This approach helps you see progress without feeling overwhelmed.

2. Regular Coaching Sessions: Focused on Your Progress

        Once we’ve established your long-term goals, our regular coaching sessions will help keep you on track. These sessions are all about adapting to your progress and refining the steps needed to achieve lasting change.

       My coaching process is driven by your pace. I’m here to guide and support you, but ultimately, you set the focus for each session. I’ll provide suggestions and reframe ideas to help you gain clarity and confidence. And if ever needed, I’ll refer you to a mental health professional.

       My goal is to help you build skills and behaviors that last, so you can achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals for the long term.
